- Rice-forward elegance: About 30% of the malt bill is rice flakes. A nod to Japanese lager tradition that lightens the body without sacrificing balance.
- Six weeks slow-fermented and then cold-conditioned, yielding a clean fermentation and subtle grainy sweetness.
