For the second year round we’re teaming up with our good mates Tippler’s Tap for the next episode, and this time it’s bigger and better! We’ve undertaken a long journey to the hop fields in Tasmania to collect ‘wet hops’ fresh from the bine, and flown them straight back to the brewery to brew the wet hop edition of our Enigma IPA. 100kg of fresh hops, no less, to create this tasty SHIPA!
